While we welcome children who have an appointment, we do not have the facilities to watch children during their parent’s appointment. A gentle reminder for yourself and for others, a salon is a place to enjoy and relax. In order to best accommodate our clients, we request a 24-hour notification for any changes or cancellations.
Gift certificates are available in all denominations and are valid for 12 months after issue date. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to enjoy a hot or cold refreshment and check in for your appointment.
If you arrive 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. We always try our best to accommodate you, but if we can not, we will find the next best time that fits your schedule.

Please allow a minimum notice of 24 hours when cancelling an appointment. We do value our time with you and ask that you do the same. After two no-show appointments or two cancellations on the day of appointment, we require a non-refundable credit card deposit when making your next appointment.
